MONDAY NIGHT YIN CLUB

Yin yoga is a deliciously deep practice, providing an opportunity to cultivate resilience, acceptance and mindfulness.

During these challenging times, yin yoga has never been more relevant and is a simple practice that offers improved physical and emotional health, healing and wellbeing and a sense of calm and relaxation to even the busiest of minds and tightest of bodies.

A deeply therapeutic practice, yin yoga helps shift stagnant energy and loosen tight tissues and muscles through postures, meditation and conscious breath work, easing the body and mind to a steady state of calm.

It’s time to slow down, soften, quieten the brain waves, soothe the nervous system, recharge and balance energy.

 

Yin yoga is beneficial and suitable for all levels, whether you’ve been practicing for years or are new to yoga.

 

Every Monday 

8-9pm UK TIME

We will delve into:

  • Breath work 

  • Meditation 

  • Yin yoga postures 

  • Yogic philosophy 

  • Relaxation

Membership is paid via standing order 2nd of each month, £25 and covers your whole household

Once standing order is set up, you can cancel anytime with 7 days notice via email, all standing order management is the responsibility of the member

Carli offers a live online Yin class (8-9pm on Mondays). I've been doing them for a while now and I love that my daughter (aged 7) can pop in for some of the class because it's online.
