Join REST CLUB, where I invite you to embrace the quiet power of yin yoga, meditation and DEEP REST.

 

I’m Carliann Langley, and I’m so excited to lead you through this gentle yet transformative yin yoga class. If you've ever felt like life is just too much, this class is for you. It’s all about creating space for calm amidst the storm, and nurturing a peaceful mindset that doesn’t just feel good—it works.

 

This is a safe space in a humble community scout hut, for those looking to press “pause” and step into a more grounded, resilient version of themselves. Through yin yoga and meditation, we’ll explore the science-backed ways you can rewire your mind, release tension, and build emotional strength, happiness and peace

 

Together, we’ll journey through:

  • Mindful Meditation: Cultivating curiosity rather than judgment of the mental chatter and reconnecting with your present self.

  • Calming Breathing Techniques: Simple practices that help reset your nervous system and restore balance.

  • Stress Relief Somatic Yin Yoga Practices: Powerful tools to ease anxiety, overwhelm and find serenity, no matter what’s going on around you.

  • Resilience Building: How to stay grounded, present, and in control, even during life’s tough moments.

 

With over two decades of personal yin yoga and meditation practice, and over a decade of teaching yin yoga and meditation and a deep belief in the science and philosophy of well-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way—whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your practice.
