Yin yoga is a deliciously deep, simple practice, that offers improved physical and emotional health, healing and wellbeing, a sense of calm, relaxation to even the busiest of minds and tightest of bodies.
A deeply therapeutic practice, that helps shift stagnant energy and loosen tight tissues through postures, meditation and conscious breath work, easing the body and mind to a steady state of calm.
It’s time to slow down, soften, quieten the brain waves, soothe the nervous system, recharge and balance energy.

This is not a workshop, simply a 2 hour class at 10am and a 2 hour class at 3pm, absolute indulgent rest for body and mind
