Yin yoga is a deliciously deep, simple practice, that offers improved physical and emotional health, healing and wellbeing, a sense of calm, relaxation to even the busiest of minds and tightest of bodies.
A deeply therapeutic practice, that helps shift stagnant energy and loosen tight tissues through postures, meditation and conscious breath work, easing the body and mind to a steady state of calm, class will finish with sound healing relaxation lead by master sound healer Jacqui.
It’s time to slow down, soften, quieten the brain waves, soothe the nervous system, recharge and balance.
