Yin yoga is a deliciously deep practice, providing an opportunity to cultivate resilience, acceptance and mindfulness.
A simple practice that offers improved physical and emotional health, healing and wellbeing and a sense of calm and relaxation to even the busiest of minds and tightest of bodies.
A deeply therapeutic practice, yin yoga helps shift stagnant energy and loosen tight tissues through postures, meditation and conscious breath work, easing the body and mind to a steady state of calm.
It’s time to slow down, soften, quieten the brain waves, soothe the nervous system, recharge and balance energy.
